Holistic Health Audit

This two part series includes an initial intake where Integrative Health Coach Myckie gathers information about your  health history and goals for the future.

Using a holistic lens that combines her training in modern physiology and ancient Ayurvedic medicine Myckie can advise clients in both fitness,  nutrition, and spiritual well-being. Each session is approximately 90 minutes long and can be done both in person or virtually.

After each session will walk away with a clear road map to achieve better health, more consistent energy, and confidence including unique programming based on your body’s elemental energy type.
